Covering your health and safety
To cater to more clients who can benefit from our services, we welcome insurances here at TOTAL TLC TRANSPORT LLC. With the special conditions of some counties like Palm Beach County, we make some of our procedures available for public documentation.
– Each certificate of insurance shall be submitted to the Division of Consumer Affairs directly from the insurer (or a duly authorized agent).
– Properly completed certificate of insurance evidencing all insurance coverage shall be made available to the DCA upon application for a business permit. Certificates of insurance must contain the following name and address as certificate holder and additional insured:
